Our ServiceNow Knowledge Management performance testing efforts identified the performance differences between the existing KB and the proof-of-concept KB hosted on ServiceNow.

Coupa (Buy-to-Pay)

The Coupa performance testing effort ensured that the SAP integrations to Coupa were performant under load. Testing included: 1) Requisitions, 2) Purchase Orders, 3) Invoices, and 4) Suppliers. Additionally, we tested the response time of the cost object lookup during search.

Discussion (MIT Reddit)

Our Discussion performance tests were used to identify and then solve potential bottlenecks prior to the release of this new IS&T sponsored student application.

Betterworld (betterworld.mit.edu)

Our BetterWorld performance testing efforts ensured the successful release of MIT’s campaign for a Better World to an expected 1,000,000 unique visitors. The performance testing was distributed across 4 continents and run with 10,000 concurrent users.
